Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Switzerland for items that are in stock.

🇪🇺 EU Countries

Shipping to all EU countries, including Norway and the UK, is handled by Swiss Post.
⚠️ The Tracking to the destination address costs an additional EUR 5.00 and can be selected at checkout. Without this tracking information, we cannot provide any information about the shipment's whereabouts. Shipping insurance covers shipments up to CHF 50. Loss or damage to more expensive packages must be covered by the customer's own insurance.

Bei einem Rucksack in 3 Farben, 3 Grössen und 4 Gürtellängen ergibt das ein Total von 36 Varianten – pro Artikel. Daher ist es für uns unmöglich alle Produkte und Varianten an Lager zu nehmen. Aktuell haben wir über tausend Artikel-Varianten im Sortiment und legen kontinuierlich zu. Ausserdem möchten wir dass du deine ideale Variante auswählen kannst. Einige Produkte werden wir wohlmöglich an Lager haben, den Rest bestellen wir für dich! Das kann auch mal 2-3 Wochen dauern. Wir haben viele Artikel an Lager aber nicht alle.
Der Import der Waren aus den USA läuft über UPS. Dieser Service ist leider oft unzuverlässig und kann im Moment leider nicht geändert werden. Da UPS teilweise unbegründet Lieferdaten verschiebt oder Päckchen verliert, hat das grosse Auswirkungen auf die Versandzeiten! Wir sind dem ausgeliefert und können den Import nicht beeinflussen. Daher bitten wir um Verständnis wenn zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen sollte.

Lieferzeiten-Hinweis

Aktuell ist es schwierig den Import aus den USA zeitlich abzuschätzen. Das betrifft alle Artikel die aktuell nicht an Lager sind. Es scheint dass die aktuelle Handels- und Zollpolitik alle Prozesse verlangsamt. Die Ware kommt auf jeden Fall bei dir an, aber kann sich verzögern.
