Der Umtausch von Artikeln ist nach Absprache mit uns möglich. Grundsätzlich aber nur bis 10 Tage nach erhalt der Ware. Es muss zwingend vorher mit uns Kontaktaufgenommen werden. Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf Kosten des Senders. Der Empfang der Ware wird von uns schriftlich bestätigt. Für eine erneute Lieferung können Versandkosten entstehen.

We want to offer our customers the option to exchange products in the event of a wrong purchase. We can accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging, subject to prior agreement. It is important to us that the return is due to a wrong purchase. We do not accept returns if, for example, multiple colors or sizes were ordered to try on or compare, only to be returned later. If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us!

We are aware that most online stores nowadays automatically accept returns and some even offer this service for free. However, this service doesn’t come for free; its cost is factored into the prices and shared among all customers, including those who don’t return anything. A significant portion of these items often ends up in the trash.

WICHTIG: Bei gewissen Rücksendungen können Kosten für die Abwicklung und Prüfung bei uns entstehen. Die Ware muss in absolut einwandfreiem, ungetragenen und ungebrauchten Zustand sein. Kleidung die nach Parfüm oder Rauch riecht kann nicht zurück genommen werden! Zelte welche umgetauscht werden müssen von uns kontrolliert werden und verursachen daher eine Gebühr. Ersatzteile und Elektornikgeräte sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.
