
Returns
Items may be exchanged upon prior arrangement with us. However, this is generally only possible within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We will confirm receipt of the merchandise in writing. Additional costs may also apply for a redelivery.
We want to offer our customers the option to exchange products in the event of a wrong purchase. We can accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging, subject to prior agreement. It is important to us that the return is due to a wrong purchase. We do not accept returns if, for example, multiple colors or sizes were ordered to try on or compare, only to be returned later. If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us!
We are aware that most online stores nowadays automatically accept returns and some even offer this service for free. However, this service doesn’t come for free; its cost is factored into the prices and shared among all customers, including those who don’t return anything. A significant portion of these items often ends up in the trash.
IMPORTANT: For certain returns, we may incur costs for processing and inspection. The merchandise must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unused. Clothing that smells of perfume or smoke cannot be accepted for return! Tents that are exchanged must be inspected by us and therefore incur a fee. Replacement parts are not eligible for exchange.
