However, this is generally only possible within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.<br>You must contact us in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We will confirm receipt of the merchandise in writing. We can accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging, subject to prior agreement. It is important to us that the return is due to a wrong purchase. We do not accept returns if, for example, multiple colors or sizes were ordered to try on or compare, only to be returned later. If you\u2019re unsure about sizing, please contact us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are aware that most online stores these days automatically accept returns and some even offer this service for free. However, this service doesn\u2019t come for free and is factored into the prices that everyone pays\u2014including those who don\u2019t return anything.
